After months of building and planning, Dress for Success Oregon is proud to open WorkWell. It's a place to focus on your goals, your family, and your future, with the support you need all under one roof.

For 27 years, you've known us as the place to find the perfect interview outfit. That's still part of who we are. But we've always known that a great suit is just the start. Getting ahead at work often depends on things nobody sees: reliable WiFi, a quiet place to take a call, childcare during an interview, or bus fare to get there. WorkWell takes on those barriers directly.
 

What's Inside WorkWell
 

• Technology Access: A Comcast Lift Zone with free WiFi, device access, and computer classes

• Coworking Spaces: Soundproof focus rooms, small conference rooms, and open desk seating

• Child Watch (COMING SOON): Optional low- or no-cost on-site child supervision.  

• Health Navigation: One-on-one help with health coverage, benefits, providers, and food, housing, and financial resources

• Transportation Support: Free transit passes, so getting to an interview is one less thing to worry about

• Food Pantry: Non-perishables and pantry staples

• Upskilling: Workshops on budgeting, resumes, interviewing, leadership, digital skills, AI tools, workplace benefits, and retirement planning

• Wellness & Personal Care: A private space for pumping, nursing, and personal care, stocked with period products, hygiene essentials, and more

• One-on-One & Community Support: Mentorship, job prep coaching, networking, and peer support groups​

WorkWell is at Dress for Success Oregon headquarters, 1532 NE 37th Ave., Portland, OR 97232. We're open Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with more programs and events outside those hours.
