DFSO provides work clothing and interview attire for all women in all industries, for no cost. See below for more information on how to schedule an appointment for clothing and toiletry resources.

CONTACT A REFERRAL AGENCY

Get a referral from one of our member agencies

Our member agencies are here to help get you a referral. By contacting any one of our many member agencies they can send DFSO a referral so that we can get you scheduled for an appointment.

DFSO CAREER CENTER CONSULTATION

Our Career Center Consultants are available to meet with you and talk about the resources at DFSO. After meeting with a career coach or attending one of our workshops, you will be able to receive an internal referral  for a clothing appointment.

Boutique Hours For Clothing Appointments

  • Tuesdays 1pm-3pm

  • Wednesdays 10am-1pm

  • Thursdays 1pm-3pm

  • Every other Thursday 5:30pm-7:30pm

  • One Saturday a month (usually a 3rd Saturday of the month) 10am-2pm

  • Closed most major US holidays

1st Clothing Appointment

  • For job seekers to support them in attending job interviews and job/career fairs, networking events, etc.

  • 5 pieces of clothing

  • 1 coat

  • 1 pair of shoes

  • 1 handbag

  • 3 pieces of accessories

  • 1 underwear (depending on availability)

  • 1 bra (depending on availability)

  • Can mail items to the clients if necessary

2nd Clothing Appointment

  • For the newly employed to support them with beginning of their new job

  • Within first 90 days of hire

  • 5 pieces of clothing

  • 3 accessories

  • Job specific clothing items such as trades clothes and steel toe boots available. 

  • Can mail items to the clients if necessary

Clothing appointments

For Active Professional Women's Group Members

Active PWG members are those who attended minimum number of qualifying events.

Active PWG members receive their clothing appointment coupons via email.

Clothing Appointment
At DFSO Boutique

  • Only for PWG members who participated in the minimum number of meetings in a calendar year OR new PWG members from Q4 of the previous calendar year.

  • Qualifying clients will receive an email with the coupon for PWG Clothing Appointment at the beginning of the year. The coupon for active PWG clients from 2025 was already distributed

  • Valid only during the dates on the coupon and only during regular DFSO boutique hours. Must be used during the calendar year during the dates on the coupon.

  • 5 clothing items and 3 accessories.

  • Client must come to the boutique to shop with a personal shopper. Due to limited funding, we cannot mail out any item to PWG members.

PWG Workshop Raffle Gifts
Contactless Appointment
gifts to be picked up at DFSO by the client

  • Only for the workshop attendee who won the raffle item at the DFSO workshops.

  • 3 pieces of clothing from the boutique.

  • Cannot be redeemed for shoes, coats, bags, or accessories.

  • Must pick them up from DFSODue to limited funding, we cannot mail out any item to PWG members.

  • If the client cannot pick up the items from DFSO, the PWG member has the option of passing on the opportunity.
